	Government Information (Public Access) or GIPA	Apply for information and documents held by Council to do with property and Council functions such as Development Applications (DAs), Building Applications (BAs), consent and inspection records.
	Filming and Photography	This application is for approval for filming and still photography on Council owned property and open spaces such as footpaths, roads, natural areas, parks and sportsgrounds. This is an application only and does not constitute a filming permit or location contract. Applications must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to the requested date. Please note that additional fees apply for applications received with less than 7 days’ notice.
	Remagine Art Prize	Welcome to the online entry for the Remagine Art Prize 2025. In order to complete your entry process you will need your credit card and a digital photo of your artwork, as outlined in the Remagine Art Prize 2025 Conditions of Entry.

Roads, Traffic and Parking

	Parking Permit - Fagan Park	Application for Annual Parking Permit for Fagan Park
	Mobile Crane/Plant Permit	Application for placing mobile cranes/plants on footpaths, nature strips, road shoulders, roadways or road-related areas. This includes any activity that involves hoisting goods over a pedestrian area. A minimum of 2 business days notice is required. All fees are non-refundable.
	Skip, Waste or Shipping Container Permit	Application for placing skip bins or containers on footpaths, nature strips and road shoulders. A minimum of 2 business days notice is required prior to placement of container. All fees are non-refundable.
	Parking Infringement Photo Request	The registered owner of the vehicle or the nominated driver may obtain a copy of a photo taken by Council Traffic Rangers.
	Delineation Line Permit	Application for the placement of Delineation Lines at the entrance to driveway.
	Temporary Full / Partial Road Closure	Application for Temporary Full / Partial Road Closure
	Work Zone	Application for Work Zone Permit

Road Opening Permits

	Types	Instructions
	Application for Road Opening	Any person undertaking work within a public road reserve is required to apply to Council for a Road Opening Permit. PLEASE NOTE: The applicant as named on this form is legally responsible for the costs of all restorations for any public assets disturbed by the work.
